Marleen and the team at Icon orchestrated an incredible residential CXO level executive customer event on behalf of us, and our partner and co-funder (an IT multinational with very specific branding and execution requirements). Icon took care of all of the details including invites, branding, hotel accommodation, registration, audio/visual, entertainment, food & beverage, proof of execution for co-funding, customer communications and follow-up.   
Planning an event like this takes months.
Throughout, Icon managed to keep us all on task to execute a highly successful and highly regarded customer event. We received excellent feedback from our internal stakeholders and speakers, our partner, and most importantly, our customers. We will certainly be keen to use Icon to organise our next CXO customer event.

Onsite Management

A lot of time and effort, not to mention money, goes into planning an event or conference. The culmination of which is delegate facing, event day.
Onsite is where all the many hours of pre planning and managing logistics, committee members, speakers, suppliers, and exhibitors all finally come together. The team at Icon will work with you in the lead up to the event to understand your vision, the arranged logistics, and meet with important stakeholders to ensure we are across all aspects of your event.
Onsite, Icon will work to ensure everything goes to plan, tightly corresponding to your brief and runsheets, manage any last minute changes, and provide a high standard of customer service for all stakeholders, leaving you to enjoy the day and evaluate the outcome of all the hard work, time, and money put into organising your event or conference.
 Working for an international company my ground team was lean and I needed the rest of our team to focus on the event attendees.
When looking for an event management vendor, I reached out to a number of companies that I had worked with across APAC.  After some consideration I selected Icon Conference and Event Management Ltd (Icon). Key reasons:
      - Marleen and her team had experienced delivering events across APAC
      - I had experienced their work first hand when they managed an event for an industry event we sponsored.
      - The team helped to support us as with our event setup remotely as our office was based in Australia and couldn’t be in NZ to get things together. All event preparations were done via phone and email. Marleen made me feel valued and even helped us sort out issues with our hotel stay when we arrived!

Icon has invested in world class software, EventsAIR, for online event registration and event logistics management. EventsAIR is the most comprehensive web-based event software management platform available. Features include online registrations, speaker and exhibition management, name badge production, payment processing and more.
Not only do we provide online registration services, we can also develop and manage a website or app and all your conference and event communication requirements.

Supplier Security & Privacy Assurance accredited 

Icon Conference and Event Management is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our core service offering to clients.
With this in mind, Icon has been successful in achieving compliance with Microsoft’s Supplier Security and Privacy Assurance (SSPA) Program.  The SSPA sets out a framework of IT security and data privacy governance for Microsoft suppliers and our SSPA compliance demonstrates our effectiveness in meeting contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements in a secure manner.
